These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stablehub.io and the tools, content, and services made available on it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About us
The Services are operated by StableHub. For all enquiries contact [email protected].
2. What the Services are
StableHub publishes educational content and free tools relating to cryptocurrency token safety, including:
- The Rug Pull / Scam Checker (Rug Risk Score)
- Airdrop safety listings
- Whale activity alerts (where lawful)
- Token safety guides, explainers, and reference pages
The Services are informational and educational. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. See our Disclaimer for the full risk warning — that document forms part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm you meet this requirement. Some content requires you to be of legal age to hold, buy, or trade crypto-assets in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for confirming this.
4. Your account (when applicable)
The Services currently do not require an account. If we add accounts in the future, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to break any law or any third party’s rights.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content except through our published APIs and within their rate limits.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure, accounts, or data.
- Use automated systems to flood, overload, or impair the Services.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any tool or API beyond what is expressly permitted.
- Use the Services or any output from them to provide regulated financial advice, signals, or portfolio management without your own independent legal and regulatory authorisation.
- Misrepresent any tool output (such as the Rug Risk Score) as a guarantee, certification, or endorsement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — written articles, scores, page layouts, branding, code, and data presentations — is owned by StableHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use, and to share short quotations with attribution and a link back to the source URL.
Some on-chain, market, and news data displayed on the Services is sourced from third parties (including CoinGecko, Etherscan, Airdrops.io, and crypto news outlets via their public RSS feeds and Reddit) and remains subject to their terms.
7. User-submitted content
If we add features that let you submit content (comments, reviews, tickets, etc.), you grant StableHub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. You confirm you have the right to submit that content.
8. Third-party services and links
The Services link to and rely on third-party platforms (exchanges, block explorers, wallets, news sites). We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for them. Use them at your own risk and read their own terms.
9. Affiliate disclosures
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click and complete an action (such as signing up for an exchange), we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our Rug Risk Score outputs and do not influence editorial content. Where a piece of content contains an affiliate link, it will be marked as such.
10. No warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.
Without limiting the above, StableHub does not warrant that:
- The Rug Risk Score, Hype Score, airdrop listings, or any other tool output is accurate, current, or complete.
- Any token, project, or counterparty featured on or omitted from the Site is safe, legitimate, or suitable for you.
- The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services — even if advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold StableHub harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or any third party’s rights.
13. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Services in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableHub is established. You and StableHub agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, it will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over StableHub’s place of establishment.
Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Nothing in this clause removes any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, or to rely on consumer protection laws that apply to you locally.
16. Region-specific notices
- UK and EEA consumers: You retain all statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and equivalent local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
- California residents: You may report complaints about the Services to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
- Australian consumers: Our Services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
17. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and StableHub regarding the Services.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
- Contact: [email protected].
18. Important note
These Terms are a starting framework. They are not legal advice. If you operate a business that depends on these Terms, have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before relying on them.
